Facilities Procedures & General Guest Accommodation Information:

1. Check-in time is during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. If these times are not convenient please notify the Tamagawa main office (250.722.2511) in advance to make further arrangements.
2. Check-out time is before noon.
3. The Tamagawa grounds are accessed thru a main gate.This gate is closed every weekday evening between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following morning. If access to or from the facility is needed during these times please notify the main office in advance.The gate is closed on weekends unless advance request is given.
4. Cellular phone coverage is not reliable at the Tamagawa facility, so plan accordingly. If it's an emergency, an office phone is available during normal business hours. A long-distance phone card is required to make any long-distance calls.
5. The facilities adhere to a "shoes off policy" and guest slippers are available on a first-come-first-served basis, so plan accordingly.
6. A fax machine and copier are available for use in the main administrative office but a small fee will apply.Fax and copier available during normal business hours only.
7. Valuable items can be stored in a safe in the main administrative office during normal business hours but Tamagawa Gakuen of Canada Society will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items.
